6.10 Colour Variation in Sinks, Tubs, Toilets, Bidets or Other Plumbing Fixtures

Acceptable Performance/Condition

Colour shall be consistent within a fixture, unless otherwise designed, when viewed under normal lighting conditions and from a normal viewing position of 2 m (6’). However, slight colour variation from one fixture to another is acceptable.

Warranty Coverage

• 12 months In-Home
• 15 months Common Property

Claim Response

Fixtures not meeting the Acceptable Performance/Condition are to be rectified.

Maintenance Tip

The surfaces of plumbing fixtures may be susceptible to damage from abrasive cleaners and tools or harsh chemicals. Use of such products should be avoided.
